Why don't I see any data?

ClearWeight reads from Apple Health. Make sure you've granted read access for body weight: open the Health app → your profile → Privacy & SecurityAppsClearWeight, and enable weight. The app needs at least a few weigh-ins to draw a trend.

Does ClearWeight change my Apple Health data?

No. ClearWeight is strictly read-only. It never writes, edits, or deletes anything in Apple Health — it only reads your weight and body fat to display trends on your device.

How does the free trial work?

You get 7 days of full access for free. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks the app permanently — no subscription, no recurring charge.

I bought the app on another device. How do I unlock it here?

Open Settings inside ClearWeight and tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your unlock will carry over.

How do I request a refund?

Purchases are handled by Apple. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple's policies.

Why does my trend line differ from a single day's weigh-in?

ClearWeight smooths out daily noise — water weight, sodium, time of day — to show the underlying trend rather than the scale's day-to-day jitter. The trend is intentionally steadier than any individual reading.
